We at Reddy’s believe a healthy appreciation of our bodies and
ourselves as women can be learnt through menstruation.

Our mission is to empower women in body appreciation, environmental awareness and self-respect through the use of cloth pads.

We believe when women are aware of the benefits of a sustainable, healthy, economically viable and comfortable alternative, they appreciate the contribution they can make by choosing alternative menstrual products.

We believe women deeply appreciate learning about alternative and positive ways to think about their bodies.

Ashley Ross, designer and creator of Reddy’s Pads, is a post-practicing architect. She brings her interest in herbal medicine and women’s health, her design training, but mostly her experience as a menstruating woman and her appreciation for the beautiful and the functional, to the design of the pads.

Reddy's is a woman-owned and run business, which believes women and their cycles are an asset to the world of business.
We regard the diversity of their cyclical nature as inextricable to their valuable in the workplace. We appreciate both their productivity and receptivity as qualities that make business human.

The cotton choices:
We are very pleased to offer women organic cotton flannel. We love supporting the organic cotton industry and their low impact dyeing methods and await the day when the demand for gorgeous patterns on organic cloth will fill the fabric stores with only organic cotton products, just as organic foods have become more common.

We feel it is very important for women to enjoy wearing their pads. It's clear that the 'fashion piece' factor of the pads makes women look forward to using their pads. For this reason we offer the 100% cotton non-organic pads in exciting patterns.

We are also thrilled we are able to offer organic belts. They are rubber covered by organic cottons and we have finally found that hand-dyeing them gives us the colors we want. Similarly with the sensual satin/plush belts.

Zero Waste:
Reddy's strives for zero waste - the printing and packaging is done on recycled paper with soy-based inks, the tea and calendar bags are biodegradable cellulose bags and the vinyl 3-pack bags are reusable.

Our Affiliations:
Reddy’s is a member of The Red Web Project , an umbrella menstrual health organization “dedicated to creating a positive societal view of the lifelong menstrual cycle through education and community”.
